August 30, 2005
Well we made it to Nutrioso. From there to Stoner Colorado and then on to Denver
via Telluride. Spent a couple of days in Denver with friends. From Denver we are
heading to North Dakota and expect to be there late on September 1. This update
is coming to you from Lusk Wyoming.
August 26, 2005
The house is clean (finally), personal stuff is packed (finally) and all that's
left is pack up the car. Khat's new (temporary) mom and dad (Jake and Robert)
say Khat is doing wonderfully...Princess Kiki and Sweetie Pie (their two cats)
probably don't agree yet. The half pug/half dachshund we were fostering has
found a new home too.
We plan to hit the road tomorrow (Saturday) with the first stop in Nutrioso
Arizona...that will be the Jeep's temporary home. Then on to Colorado.
Ultimate destination for this leg is Hazen North Dakota for Terry's aunt and
uncle's 40th wedding anniversary bash.
