February 23, 2006
Day of Agony:
John had to have the class of his driver's license changed. He kept saying he had to get there early and that it would take a few hours. We thought he was exaggerating. He arrived at the driver's license place at 9:30am.
Around 1:00pm we brought him some lunch from Burger King.
Peggy
and Heather waited inside in case his number was called. John gratefully ate
lunch.
John's
number was 94. He told us that at 10:00am they stopped giving out numbers.
The
signs means what it says. Peggy and Heather were standing while holding John's
place and were told that they had to sit.
John's
number is called!!!
Poor
people still waiting as we finally leave at 3:00pm (almost 6 hours after John
arrived).
